Teresa Ryan - Real Estate Broker / Owner Teresa Ryan is originally from Iowa and became a Realtor in 1998 after relocating to Colorado from Texas. While attending the University of Houston in 1979, Anheuser-Busch, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company, offered Teresa a job at their Houston brewery. After 20 years with Anheuser Busch in many capacities, including Lab Technician, Union Shop Steward, and a Technology writer, Teresa decided to relocate to Colorado in 1998 to be closer to her family and to give her then 12 year old daughter, Meagan, a better quality of life. Since becoming a Realtor in 1998, Teresa has continued her education in Real Estate by receiving the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Only the top 4% of all brokers in the US carry the CRS designation, which recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Teresa has also served as CAR (Colorado Association of Realtors) Director, President-Elect, President, and Past-President of her local real estate board, the Grand County Board of Realtors. Teresa recently served as the Grand County Board's CARHOF & Professional Standards Committee chairperson. In October 2003, Teresa was installed as the Vice President of the Mountain District which includes the Boards of Aspen, Glenwood Springs, Grand County, Gunnison Country, Steamboat Springs, Summit County, Telluride, and Vail. By serving as the Mountain District Vice president, Teresa was also a member of the CAR Leadership Council for the year 2004. In addition to serving on the state board, Teresa has been a member of committees at the state level including the Board of Directors for CARHOF (Colorado Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Foundation) and the Professional Standards Committee. Teresa is also a member of the Colorado Chapter of CRS, Women's Council of Realtors, and the Rocky Mountain Resort Alliance. 
John Feltz - Real Estate Broker AssociateJohn is originally from Wisconsin and moved to the Winter Park / Fraser Valley in 1998. John attended the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee majoring in history. John worked in Wisconsin as a Real Estate Associate for 3 years. Since April 2005 John has worked with Ryan Real Estate as a real estate assistant. In early 2006 John received his Colorado Broker Associate real estate license & is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. John is very passionate about his love for Colorado and the mountains of Winter Park & the Fraser Valley. John is an avid Mountain Biker, Nordic and Alpine skier. He also plays softball in the local recreational league during the summer months.
